The First-Time Homebuyer Guide is an interactive eLearning experience designed to help new buyers navigate the excitement and stress of purchasing their first home. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, learners identify and prioritize their essential needs, like budget, size, and location, versus their wants, such as design features or luxury amenities.
